CLASSES
Classes are included with ALL of our plans!
Whether you choose to be part of a group or go it alone, we welcome everyone at our classes.
Don't let childcare get in the way either, children are welcome to come along if they are able to sit at the side and observe.

Classes are £6 for non-members and class only memberships are also available.

Option 1 for where your GGFF journey should start.
Consistency crews help you get healthier whilst losing weight by focusing on removing processed foods whilst in a calorie deficit.
Our consistency coaches advise you on what to eat and how to track your food whilst keeping you accountable through our Whatsapp groups.

Flexi-Fat Loss
Option 2 for where your GGFF journey should start.
Flexi-Fat Loss groups purely focus on losing fat. Keep eating the foods you love whilst getting the results you deserve.
We focus on hitting a protein goal whilst remaining in a calorie deficit. Through our Whatsapp groups, you'll be kept accountable with the helps of our Fat-Loss Coaches.

Personal Plans
Brand new to GGFF in 2024.
Our personal plans remove the need for a group, tracking and daily food pictures. No hassle, just results.
With our personal plans you receive a diet plan fully tailored to your likes and dislikes. You check online every Wednesday with your diet coach, updating them with your progress for the week

Personal Plus+
Brand new to GGFF in 2024.
All the benefits of our personal plans but with the added motivation of a Whatsapp group.
Whilst following your tailored diet plan, you'll be able to interact and share your progress with other women, in a low key and small Whatsapp group.

Sculpt & Define
Love lifting weights or want to give them a try?
Our Sculpt & Define groups will give you a full training plan with all the guidance you need to build confidence in the gym.
Whether you want to keep losing fat whilst learning to lift, or build some muscle and shape your body, GGFF have a weights plan for you.
Both groups also include a consistency style diet plan to help keep you on track.
