By signing up, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Cancellations: Cancellations can only be carried out once your final payment for your 12 week package has been made, you will be able to cancel the subscription yourself on or after the disband date which is displayed in your whats-app team photo. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cancel their own subscription*. If you are not able to do so, we will cancel for you**. If you wish to have your subscription cancelled early, you must pay the remaining balance in full. Cancellation requests must be sent to admin@gingerfitness.co.uk, requests sent anywhere else will not be accepted. If you leave your group, you must still complete payments for the full term of the group.

Minimum term: There is a minimum contract of 12 weeks when using Flexi-pay payment option for both the website and through the app, you will only be able to cancel your subscription once your package has ended, if you are unable to cancel your self, then we can do this for you if you email admin@gingerfitness.co.uk. 2 week cooling off period does apply to purchases made on the website, however this does not apply to custom products (product becomes custom once you have received your calorie allowance) or sale items (discounted products).

Over Payments: Over payments are the fault of the purchaser, if a plan has been purchased twice, cancellation can be actioned straight away on any extra plans however refunds are not given for this subscription. 

Start dates: There is the option to choose your own start date, you will be able to view your subscription from the start date you have chosen. If you do not select a start date, your subscription will begin straight away. Refunds will not be given for over payments for starting your subscription early. All block payments require your start date to be set to the same day as your team starts

Suspending payments: In some instances, you will be eligible to have your subscription suspended for up to 6 weeks. To check if you are eligible, please send your query along with any supporting evidence to admin@gingerfitness.co.uk.

Payments: You must keep track of your payments, if your payment is cancelled, you must sign back up to the same subscription as soon as possible. Failure to do so will mean payments are in arrears and these will need to be paid in full. Money owed will be collected through a debt collection agency.

All deposits, sign up fees and sale items are non-refundable.

Moving groups: Ginger Girls Food & Fitness reserve the right to move you into another group at any time. Moving groups does will restart your minimum term unless you have paid a sign up fee for a new group e.g. moving from accountability to sculpt will restart your minimum term, moving to a brand new group will restart your minimum term.

Sign up fee: The sign up fee for a nutrition group and the plan payments for Define and Sculpt cover you for the length of the group you signed up for, after which you will be asked which team you would like to join, if you don't choose a new team to join, you will not be added to a new team. Sign up fees are valid for 12 weeks maximum. If moving to train and track, the sign up fee on flexi-pay covers you for 6 months, after which you will be removed until you choose a new team to join. If you would like to join a new group when yours disbands, please email signup@gingerfitness.co.uk, sign up fee may be required.

Removed from groups: We at Ginger Girls Good & Fitness, reserve the right to remove anyone from our groups and cancel their payments at any time.
